2000 / The work consists of six tall (varying between 5 and 6 meters high)
aluminum structures, grouped like a glade of trees, which house solar panels
powering a sound system. The speakers, buried underground in the surrounding
landscape, periodically broadcast the call of the male Cappercaillie, once extinct
from the area but reintroduced at the turn of the century.

Commissioned by the Tyrebagger Trust, for Ellrick Hill, north of Aberdeen.
