Title: Endlessly 1997
Project
Description:
Two part video installation comprising two large
screens with back projected video. On one is the image of a stone angel
from a graveyard, filmed from dawn to dusk and speeded up to 30 minutes.
The second projection shows the continuous motion of the surface of the
sea. The work is accompanied by a sound track of an oscillating wave pattern
with sampled sounds.
A plasma screen version of the angel sequence is available
as an edition of three. The sea sequence is available as a video multiple.
